Hotel All Iz Well - Just a min away from New Delhi Railway Station

The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to assist my husband when he dropped his wallet. The room is basic but was a good size. Hot water isn't always automatic but you can ask for it to be turned on. We had an issue with lighting in our first room but they moved us quickly. They will arrange taxis and tours. The location is good for the train station but it is in the heart of Old Delhi and the backpacking area so not everyone would be comfortable with the area. However the hotel is safe and comfortable and tuk tuks are right outside.

We had free airport pickup but had trouble finding our driver. We came out to see people with signs but he wasn't there. We didn't realise we needed to exit to just outside the terminal and he was there with his sign. We were also told two days before that we had to pay 350 rupees for airport parking. We then tipped the driver a couple of hundred rupees (25% of a normal fare) and he clearly wasn't happy. So it is debatable whether it would have been less hassle and almost as cheap to get a fixed price taxi from the airport.

The location is great. Lots of autorickshaws outside the gate. Staff are extremely polite and helpfuL. The standard room is basic but clean & comfortable. Breakfast has both Indian and continental options . Left luggage option is handy. Very impressed with quality of the staff. Thank you for a seamless stay.

Excellent approach in every aspect, especially when it comes to the staff. Despite the early checkout, they provided breakfast, arranged airport transportation at their own expense, and even gave me some local currency for small expenses. Perfect. I’m truly grateful. Looking forward to coming back again.
