CAUTION!!! The pictures are very deceiving. They show the inside but do not show you the outside. This apartment is in a building that is falling apart and in one of the worst areas in Chicago. If you've seen the show Shameless, that is where this is at. Our 1st Uber driver told us he hated to drop us in this neighborhood. He was kind enough to wait till we entered the building. The 2nd Uber driver and the lady at the car rental also talked about how unsafe it was. Street parking, so if it's full, you have to park down the road and walk. I was traveling with my daughter, and we ended up leaving and renting elsewhere. I reached out to the property explaining we didn't feel safe and asked for a partial refund to which I was quickly told no and that if I was concerned about safety, I would've remembered to lock the outside door. I apologized for my error. However, the building is in such bad shape that a lock would not keep someone out if they wanted in. Red stuff on the bathroom wall, and something had been dripping down the bedroom wall. The owner may respond quickly, BUT the minute you get negative, they become rude! Booking.com was also unable to help. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!

Clean and comfortable. Old area that they are cleaning up. Would stay again.

Easy in and out with coded locks.

I'm not sure how anyone rated this place well. The neighborhood was sketchy, there was visible dirt on the curtains that we could see from the road, and the building itself was crumbling. We did not feel safe here whatsoever.
