- tolle Lage: einerseits in ruhiger Seitenstraße in Miraflores. Gleichzeitig nahe bei der Metro Linie C (direkte Verbindung nach Barranco und ins centro historico). Restaurants und grosser Supermarkt in der Nähe. - Sehr ruhig - nette Gastgeberin. Spricht englisch. Durfte sogar meine Reisetasche mehrere Tage vorher deponieren.

- Versteckte Kosten. Zusätzliche 19 USD Reinigungskosten für 3 Nächte. Das kenne ich von Ferienwohnungen, aber nicht von einfachen Zimmern. Sind zwar bei booking unter "zusätzliche Kosten " aufgeführt, sollte m.E. aber im Zimmerpreis inklusive sein. - Bett etwas durchgelegen

Agata received me well when I arrived at late night. Room is clean and bed is comfortable. Quiet and great location to me accessing local market in Surquillo. Bathroom and kitchen is well equipped. Nice hot shower.

The room is situated before the kitchen and another guest room, other guests might passby the corridor that is not so private. Better to mention on the site there is a laundry machine but I am not allowed to use it. It is not part of the deal. She offers paid laundry service.

Agata was a great host who was very accomodating and provided very helpful information for our visit in Lima. Our room was as depicted in the pictures, it had everything we needed and good for the price. The private bathroom provided hot showers. The kitchen and terrance were common area, shared with maximum 1-2 other rooms, but in our case, we were the only ones using it, hence, this was great. We could also leave our luggage and pick it up later during the day after the check-out. The apartment was also very quiet, located in a safe residential area of Miraflores. Overall, great value!

The bathroom was located outside of the room, but this was no issue for us but could be mentioned in the description.

Agata est très accueillante et répond rapidement aux messages que l'on lui envoie. Le logement est propre L'eau de la douche est chaude, voir très chaude. C'est agréable . La salle d'eau est petite et propre. Le lit est confortable. Le cadre est très simple et peu isolé . Nous avons utilisé Uber pour nous déplacer. Miraflores plage est accessible à pied. Le quartier en lui même n'est pas très fun, mais semble être sécure. La lessive coûte 8 soles le kg (laver, sécher). Elle est faite dans la journée.

Le coin repas est un courant d'air, peu équipé. Vous mangez dehors. Il faut bien choisir sa saison ! Je suis frileuse !
