"Cold showers and not working jacuzzi view."

View of the ocean and plenty of space.

Hot water is only available sometimes, so I would suggest considering whether the beautiful view is worth constantly taking cold showers. The pillows are particularly uncomfortable, and the house feels quite cold. During the day, it’s interesting to watch planes landing, but at night the noise is terrible, as they fly directly over the house. The jacuzzi in the yard also significantly detracts from the so-called “beautiful view.”

The private balcony and view was amazing

Not the best location for restaurants/bars etc. but next town canico or Santa Cruz and Funchal are not far away

Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig und komfortabel. Der Blick von der Terrasse aufs Meer ist toll.

Die Lage am sehr steilen Berg ist herausfordernd. Bei ungünstigen Winden fliegen die Flugzeuge im Landeanflug sehr flach über das Haus. Auch die Schnellstraße ist recht laut. Wer lärmempfindlich ist, hat es schwer.
