Apartamento Paz con terraza y vistas al mar

Das Gebäude war relativ neu. Der Pool war sehr schön. Zum Strand war es auch nicht weit. Der Parkplatz war zwar eng, aber sicher in einer Art Tiefgarage.

Die Ausstattung war relativ einfach und zeitweise hat es nicht so angenehm gerochen. Irritierend waren 2 Sicherheitskameras im Wohnbereich sowie im Treppenabgang nach unten. In Absprache mit dem Eigentümer, der bemüht war und immer schnell geantwortet hat, haben wir diese entfernt bzw. mit einem Handtuch versehen. Der Eigentümer sprach von Bewegungsmeldern, aber diese hatten mit ziemlicher Sicherheit eine Kamerafunktion.

En general el apartamento tiene muchas deficiencias. Lo primero que tiene escaleras y no lo pone. En cuestión de mobiliario escaso, en los armarios no hay una simple balda, ya no digo cajones. En los baños sin un colgador para las toallas. No hay un mantel. Los colchones malis, los somieres suenan una barbaridad. El olor a cañeria es horroroso. No había ni un rollo de papel, ni jabón para las manos. El último día tuvimos un problema de atasco en el baño y se inundó la parte de abajo. Tuvimos q subirnos los colchones y dormir arriba. Al final nos vinimos un día antes y nos reembolsaron el 50%. Muy mala experiencia.

Olor a tuberías, la luz se corta cada dos por tres y hay que bajar a reiniciar el contador hace demasiado calor ,sería conveniente poner toldos a un lado y al otro,

We liked that the apartment is quite spacious, we were a group of 5, so it was very convenient to have 2 bathrooms. Also, super nice that there is roofed parking, so the car does not overheat. Beach is 5 min on foot as well as a nice pizza restaurant in the centro commercial and a supermarket.

We liked everything, but since the apartment seems to be very new, there are a few nice to have things for the future. It would be nice to have two sets of keys as you cannot leave the apartment complex without a key- the gate is locked, so we had to walk each other out and coordinate a lot because we had only one set of keys. Also, there weren’t enough shelves in bathrooms and bedrooms, for example you could only hang clothes in the wardrobe, but no shelves to fold. Or no place to put makeup in the bathroom. But these were really small things that did not prevent us from enjoying the stay in the apartment
