"Great place with a very friendly host."

The house is great and very well furnished. Nice garden to have drinks, eat and barbeque. The house was very clean and all the things you need are provided for (coffee, tea, oil etc). If feels like coming home. Host Bea is very friendly and helpful. The woods for exentive walks are close by as well as cities like Trier, Luxemburg and Echternach. To be recommended!!

Fully equipped house with EVERYTHING you need. From towels over coffee, games, spices for cooking and sooo much more. It's a house devided in two parts, each with full privacy, a quality kitchen, two bedrooms and a beautiful bathroom. There is also a sitting area outside. Just perfect for a family or a couple wanting some private time and only 15 min drive from Trier. There is also a supermarket 3 min away.

Excellent location with wonderful forest walks at the doorstep. Relaxing hilltop property with nice views over the valley. Lovely outdoor area in the back with a resident squirrel and lots of birds. Very friendly locals happy to strike up a conversation on our forest walks. Very good grocery store and an Italian Restaurant with lovely food and friendly owners who made non-locals feel very welcome. Everything is within easy reach from Trierer Heide and the house is such a nice place to come home to after exploring Trier and the region. The owner was very helpful and responded promptly when we had a question.

Not really anything. The operation of some of the modern lighting fixtures was a bit mysterious and the one over the central dining table did not seem to work. Perhaps a few more instructions would be helpful.

"Extraordinary in every single way."

If you are looking for a diamond place to stay, you have found it. This extraordinairy home has all the details worked out. It really felt like we had to stay a few more days, JUST to enjoy the house. We were here for 3 nights. My advice is to go for a whole week. Not only the area is beautiful for hikes, wine tastings and visiting Trier, the house itself is worth a day of relaxing. Thank you Bea for letting us stay in the most beautiful house! We will definatly miss waking up in the morning and look at the perfect views!

"Lovely designer house in peaceful wooded village."

Exceptionally beautiful house and garden in a peaceful village near Trier near a magical forest.

Newly built kitchen and electrical system has a few minor quirks.
