Nothing- worst stay of life

This was a horror story. I have lived in about 500-600 different airbnbs/ hotels/ homestays all over the world and in India but never ever experienced such rude and unprofessional hosts! They absolutely just want to extort money from guests. My minor daughter stayed for a night with us and I offered them the extra charges equivalent to what was given in the booking.com as additional charges for third person but they tried to extort us 3 times of that amount. The condition of property is shabby, bathroom next to kitchen, not enough linen, they don’t even provide proper blanket, they eavesdrop on conversation and our very vicious people

We arrived the airport in Kolkata and wanted to go to the appartement. Then suddenly the owner uniformed me that we can't check in today and i should cancel the stay. That was obviously not possible because i booked it already for that day. The behave was very bad even they didn't tell us why they cancel. Maybe there is no appartement like the pictures show you. Be careful!

The building is very much inside the neighbourhood . There might be a problem with booking cabs from this location and most of the cabs denied to come to the location
