Keswani Group Tashi Heritage Hotel & Resort

The location of the hotel was very bad. It is far from the mall road. Also the privacy of the rooms were not there. The staffs could not tell us the cost of the room for one day. Nobody was interested for attending the guests. Most impostantly, they refused to give back the reservation amount despite us not staying in the hotel. Also, though we reserved for a family room, it was not given to us, nwither were we paid back. I would not recommened this hotel to anyone.

I stayed with my family of three members and booked a triple Room. It was very spacious, clean and aesthetically done. The wash room was very clean and spacious. The behaviour of the Manager Sri Munna Sinha and the hotel boy was excellent. Munna was extremely helpful in arranging our visit to Nathula even at 8 pm for the next day. A value for money.

Food was ok

Rooms were super clean and spacious. All the amenities of the hotel were fantastic. You can't find property in this reasonable price.

Good clean rooms, location is near to major attractions and Gandhi Marg. Taxis are easily available so you can plan and go accordingly. Amazing helpful staff and the hotel kitchen serves amazing food.

Bed sheets and room are very dirty. Staff was not so good. Food was not so good And there is no view in rooms.

Very nice, clean, quiet, well equipped and furnished, all equipment working fine, staff nice and helpfull.

Maybe the location, not so far, but a 30 min walk maybe., but shared taxis are available close by, not expensive.

It was a good spacious room with balcony and parking. Budget friendly stay
