This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of GBP 350 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Payment is collected at booking confirmation (accommodation fee and cleaning fee included). You can cancel for free up to 14 days prior to arrival. Once a reservation is confirmed, the lead guest is required to fill in our Terms & Conditions and a short online check-in form and upload photos of the lead guest's ID before checking in. Failure to do so may result in the reservation being canceled. Forms must be filled out at least 24 hours prior to the check-in date. We charge £35 per pet, per week. Please inform us before check-in if your pet will be staying. For stays over 10 days, you are expected to have interim cleans/linen change (frequency to be agreed upon depending on length of stay) for an extra fee. A damage deposit of £350 is required.
