"Everything was great! The room was spacy and very clean, with all necessary amenities inside."

Location was perfect, just around 20 min from the city centre. Luca is very attentive and friendly host and we're in touch all the time during my stay. Highly recommend thid place!

Het tweepersoonsbed is erg laag en heeft een dun, hard matras.

We had a wonderful stay in Bologna! The accommodation was beautifully decorated, clean, and felt welcoming right away + free coffee :) The location is relatively close to the city center and it's easy to reach everything by foot or bus. Even though it was only via WhatsApp, the communication with the host Luca was smooth and friendly, he was very kind and helpful. We can definitely recommend staying here!

Clean rooms, good service, nice airco, big room, sufficient parking space (although not for free), very friendly staff who checks in every day to see if all is okay and if there are any requests.

Bed was a bit soft to my liking (guess it is also personal preference)
