The apartment has all the amenities necessary for an extended stay - fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and clothes iron. There is a grocery store within 10 minutes walking distance. In spite of its peripheral location, it has convenient access to public transportation (for reference, you can get to Old Town within 45 minutes to an hour) It is a calm area, no noisy neighbours.

There was nothing that I would consider a dealbreaker, however I have a couple of suggestions to improve: We could have used some dish towels to clean the dishes in the last day, as we did not use enough to fill the dishwasher; The window in the kitchen has no curtains, so it will let light in in the morning - if you need total darkness to sleep, that can be inconvenient.
