ROThe property looks good.
Entering the house was difficult because it was not clear which of the three entrances was the correct one. Although it appeared to be clean, we spent a lot of time killing cockroaches, my wife was horrified by the cockroaches that appeared everywhere. We wanted to leave the next day, we asked for the money back, but the owner refused us and wrote to us that "in the summer, it's quite common for bugs to come inside in Scotland". We suffered from the cold because the owner did not tell us how to turn on the heating system.
USNice facilities, very good property and nice garden outside. Great views on the property. Roomy and good equipment in the kitchen.
Didn't know how to turn on the heat.. This should be included in the instructions at the house. Or a label indicating it. Washing machine is a bit mysterious without the manual, which we eventually found.

GBNice cottage, very clean and comfortable, with well maintained garden. Good location if prefer being in quiet spot, close to St Andrews and East Neuk but not in a busy location.
Poor arrival instructions - wrong post code on Booking.com, different one on welcome email - but no written instructions and no sign as to which building / cottage is Bramble Cottage! make sure you have OS map to find farm, and go into farm yard via first entrance (not on to the cottages nearby) Lovely garden but couldn't find any seat o table to enjoy sitting in it. These are details, that are easily fixable and should not detract from stay once addressed.

Couldn't fault much especially at the price. No kitchen scissors. Ha ha.
