Bravissimo Mercadal Duplex, with 2 bedrooms

The location was great. We loved staying in the old part of the city as it was close to all the best restaurants.

We were without water for 2 mornings whilst we were there. The first morning without water supply was not relayed to us. We were without water from 9–12:45 which was very inconvenient as we could not shower, use toilet, drink water, use washing machine etc. we were notified of the second water supply and set the alarm for an early start. We also filled many glasses of water so that we could have a drink. Not what we paid for! A welcome pack of tea, coffee pods, milk pods would have been appreciated. We have stayed at many places and this was the very first one not to provide tea or coffee-didn’t appreciate having to shop late at night for a tea bag.

- La ubicación es ideal para moverte caminando por el centro: calles peatonales, zona tranquila, aire acondicionado (ola de calor!!) - Muy cómodo y espacioso. Con sofá cama en salón además de las 2 habitaciones. - Baños espaciosos y muy luminosos.

- El ascensor es un montacargas muy muy lento, pero se agradece para las maletas. - Estás al lado de la Iglesia de Santa Susana, con campanario que da los cuartos y las horas de 8-24 - Si necesitas oscuridad para dormir, elige el dormitorio de la entrada. En el piso superior hay claraboya sin cortina que bloquee la luz totalmente, así que al amanecer no hay oscuridad. También hay un cristal en la escalera por el que pasa la luz cuando los vecinos de bajo acceden a sus casas.

Perfectly positioned, near the square. Lovely cafes, bars and restaurants nearby. Perfect lay out, 2 bathrooms a real plus. After a busy day it was great to get into the lift which took us straight to our room. Well equipped too. Lovely staff members, very helpful and walked us to our apartment from their offices.

There’s wasn’t anything to dislike.

The flat had all the necessary equipment and it is very spacious. Amazingly located at the city centre. The staff members of Bravissimo were really helpful and friendly.

It was all great. Just a minor comment: As in the apartment there is a coffee machine, it would have been great to have a couple of coffee capsules for the arrival.
