Cozy apartment in the center of Cluj-Napoca

The apartment is very clean and cozy.

The parking space was not empty and one of the rooms is pretty loud.

The only negative thing I found with the accommodation was the fact that the heating was not working; everything else was great.

we did not receive instructions on how to get in until noon on the day of arrival. We would welcome them sooner

good location near the center of the town it was big enough parking possibility, without extra pay the owner had tried to eliminate the mentioned problems

bathroom: dirty and blocked drain, shower jets with dirt and calc deposits, no toilet paper, mold in the joints in the shower, old and dirty cleaning rags left in sight, balcony: rancid chair, old table, broom left in sight living room: thick dust on the tv, only YouTube and Netflix available, no tv cable kitchen: exhaust hood with old and thick oil spots, drain blocked, dishwasher not cleaned out bedroom: brocken bedside lamp that was glued together with masking tape, duvet not made We addressed all the mentioned problems, we got the first reply after 2,5 hours. The next day the owner tried to eliminate the problems but only half of the problems were solved.

We liked the location (very close to city center). public transportation nearby though. The apartment was very clean with all the essentials and appliances (coffee machine, dishwasher, laundry washer with dryer, microwave, toaster).
