Fame Residences EDSA Shaw MRT Shangrila Megamall

This one was a pain, we were double booked and had to find a place same day. I chose this one and Booking required payment upfront. We had no communication from the owner / manager wasn't able to message and the phone number on the booking went to a number that could not be reached. Long story short we had to book another place on really short notice for one night just so we had somewhere to stay. The next morning I saw the owner cancelled our booking as a no show! To be clear we had no communication from them and there are 4 towers in Fame Residences. We had no idea on which tower or room or where the pick the keys up. Seems to be a bit of a loop hole where if they cancel as a no show they get to keep your money even though they made it incredibly difficult. Pass on this one.

I like that it is in Fame accessible

Stinky, everything is dirty, bed smells like years of use esp the blanket and the pillows, toilet is filthy that I could not take a shower. Toilet seat has a urine on top. I stayed in the building lobby overnight

There wasn't any TV

There was no authorisation emailed to the guard when I arrived. I needed to wait 20 minutes to be given access by the unit owner. No towel on arrival and I needed to wait a few hours for one to be delivered to the apartment. I simply could not wait after a long journey. The owner did not agree to refund. I sent a text message twice and my request was ignored.
