Unit 3 Kaiteri Apartments and Holiday Homes

Good overall accommodation. Particularly liked the quieter location of Little Kaiterteri and short walk to the beach.

The room had not been prepared although we arrived after booking in time. However, the cleaner was called out and sorted the problem. The balcony is not at all private.

Lake view was limited. There were issues with our booking (so we actually stayed in unit 2 and 4) but the operator eventually came up with an acceptable solution.

Note that because of a scheduling issue with the Booking.com platform, Unit 3 was double booked. The owner upgraded us to a much bigger and nicer unit with gorgeous views of the Little Kaiteriteri Beach. The house is very comfortable and has everything you can possibly need for your stay, whether short or long. The location of these units is fantastic. Easy walking distance to Little Kaiteriteri Beach and a short walk or drive to the center of Kaiteriteri where there are restaurants, a supermarket and from where the various tours depart. It's also a 15 to 20 minutes drive to the beginning of the Abel Tasman Coast Track in Marahau. We spent three full days hiking the Abel Tasman Coast Track, taking water taxis to various points along the track. It was magnificent!

Feels totally new. Great little bing area and kitchen. Everything you need. Bed was very comfy and bath area was great. Shower had almost instant hot water and plenty of it. Wifi was strong and fast. Is in town and easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Definitely a great location and excellent units.
