New Luxury House in the Heart of Janesville

Comfortable

It was cold the property could never get warm for some reason.

It had four (small) bedrooms

It advertised as ’New Luxury Home’. It was NOT new. It had the squeaks of a century old home. The stair case woke everyone at night when some walked on it. And it was dangerous at the top with no bannister. There were no screens on the windows so you couldn’t open them for fresh air. The front entrance was dirt and weeds with a tiny driveway that left no room to get out of the car. The street in front of the house was torn up and blockaded so access was limited. And the water was turned off when we arrived because of construction. ( this was not the owners fault but it should have been communicated to us) And there was no dishwasher. I thought a dishwasher was mandatory in order to provide sterilized dishes. At best this house was a D+

Location is fabulous to easily walk to downtown activities.
