place location is good.

The mattress and pillow were very uncomfortable. Cold air was blowing in through the window. The sink in the bathroom was clogged and the water wouldn't drain.

Localization near the main attractions accessible on foot, underground station 5 minutes walking away. The spacious room and bathroom, modern bathroom with quality materials

There was somebody in our room when we arrived at 8.30 pm so we couldn't retrieve the keys as they weren't in the safe key box as expected. There were an unpleasant smell of cigarette in the room and these guests hadn't done the dishes. We lost at least 1 hour waiting for our host to give us new instructions to retrieve another spare key in another box. We stayed for 4 days and house keeping wasn't done, even in the shared kitchen. We had to change the bins. Moreover, we expected a private kitchen, it wasn't specified as a shared kitchen in the description. Our room overlooked a lively street, so there was noise until the middle of the night, but we knew that we were in a neighborhoud very busy. Central heating is too much higher and impossible to turn down the heater in the bedroom.

Abbiamo ricevuto un solo asciugamano grande da utilizzare per tutto, quando siamo arrivati il pavimento era polveroso e sporco e i riscaldamenti erano veramente troppo alti
