DEThe apartment is new, located just a two-minute walk from Las Vistas beach. It has a wonderful terrace with a splendid view of the ocean. As it is a new apartment, everything is impeccable, from the cleanliness to the furniture and all the other amenities. I think it is the best accommodation I have had in Los Cristianos in recent years.

Überall Käfer in der Wohnung, Schimmel an der Decke über dem Kühlschrank, ein WC war kaputt (Wasser ist rausgeronnen) - keine Hilfe seitens Vermieter oder Empfangsdame, nur schnippische Antworten und Hinweis, dass das NACH unserem Aufenthalt erledigt wird. Sehr sehr enttäuschend! Die Einzigen, die wie immer einen TOP Service gemacht haben und erreichbar waren, sind die Mitarbeiter des Kundenservices von booking.com.
NOVery comfortable apartment with great location. Some noise from the traffic, otherwise quiet. Very tidy and clean.

Грубоватое общение встречающего менеджера, старое здание которому почти 50 лет, где-то лужи и затхлый воздух. И такой рейтинг оставляю из-за того что снимали квартиру исходя из двух спален и дивана. Жена спит с грудным ребенком в спальне, а мне пришлось спать с сыном подростком на одной кровати, потому что хозяйка посчитала что нам не положено постельное белье и в указательном тоне решила за нас - где нам спать. Хотя апартаменты рассчитаны на 5 человек, стоимость при этом не меняется. Диван в зале раскладывается и рассчитан для сна, но вот эта ситуация вывела из себя. Хостес также не подсказала, что у дома есть парковка для жильцов с обратной стороны, она сказала ставить машину перед домом, где никогда нет мест. Хорого, что мы сами на третий день нашли парковку. Ну и вишенка на торте это бесчисленные термиты и даже тараканы, которых мы травили первые дни, сами кашляли и едва не потравились. Без беруш спать нереально, шум от дороги уже с 6 утра.
IENew facility decor was really nice and the layout was nice and spacious. The TV was super and we used this more than we imagined.
Location was perfect. The pool is not heated but that’s not an issue and was communicated well.
GBIELovely apartment had everything thing one would need for self catering. location was great just 2 min to the beach and strip. Plenty of restaurants near by. No problem getting keys. Diana really helpful. We found it noisy at night time from about 11.30 but the noise seemed to be coming from other apartments.
GBGBThe position with the ocean view. Los Christianos is some way away from Adeje but has its own charm. Both to left and right of property are restaurants. The flat has good plumbing and air con. Entrance is fine, area is good but that seemed to most of Tenerife. Checkin and checkout were smooth. All kitchen appliances work
Nothing really. The 2nd bedroom has no air con but the living room one can help. A Nespresso type coffee maker would be nice to have.
