The distance from the US Mallya badminton courts -- I wish it had been closer. I wish you had the in house restaurant functioning so we did not have to go looking for dinner outside after a long day at play

The front office lady was friendly and helpful.

The bell boys are arrogant, did not help with our luggage when it was raining heavily.

Near to shree Jagannath temple

No lift, no room service, no refreshment. Booked double rooms but both the rooms are allotted separately one in first floor and another in 3rd floor. It was quite horrible to travel with my old aged mother. Rooms are very small. Basic amenities like soap, shampoos and dust bins are not provided during our stay

All the facilities considering the budget are very good.

Actually nothing I liked

I ve booked the room one month before my journey even though i had to wait at the lobby for around 45 minutes to get it alloted. When i asked they said it was already given to another customer and u ve to wait until the cleaning is over. There was no room boy to take the luggages. The room was so small . I ve booked a deluxe ac room but if it was the condition of a deluxe room what would be other rooms look like? Actually I thought of taking few pics of the room and post it but didn't get the time. Only one chair was there with a table attached to the wall. There was no closed cupboard, the towel rod in the bathroom was out of position , it was hanging actually. Bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned also. Drainage of wash basin was blocked. Tv remote was not working As we have stayed in the room only for few hours, we ignored everything. Anyway they could ve given even better facilities.
