Luxurious Villa with Infinity Private Pool & Jacuzzi over Sabina Island's Lagoon

The pillows smelled bad. We left them outdoors. The towels were greyish, uninviting. I bought new towels for myself & for the kitchen . There were no drinking glasses. The kitchen supplies (pots & pans) were of poor quality. The main sliding door out to the pool did not lock. It took a day to get the repair person to arrive and another day to have it repaired. There was wster leaking under the kitchen sink. The plumber came in time 🙏 . My the bedroom door handle came out in my hand and I couldn’t get out of the bedroom. Luckily, my personal help was with me. She was able to get me out …

Everything was perfect, the owner and staff were all very nice. The only problem was that the AC in the living room was not working and they couldn’t fix it in time; however I’m sure they’re working on fixing it as soon as possible.

The location is great, and the pool and the jacuzi overlooking the lagoon were perfect. Perfect outdoor setting. The owner was very decent and accommodating and tried to fix any inconvenience we had in our stay. I highly recommend the property for a vacation, and i will definitely be returning again.

The master bedroom mattress is a bit uncomfortable, but it's ok for a short stay. The blackouts were not entirely blocking the light. Very minor inconvines but all were adressed imediatly by the host.

The mattresses are extremely bad. The beds are too old and make sounds when moving on them. Many spot lights are not working in the bathrooms. one of them has no light at all

I only liked the location and the view.

First of all internet was disconnected 2 days after me checking in all the bug screens are broken in all windows our legs are all messed up from the bugs. The beds are not comfy are all making noises can’t sleep at all. No privacy at this village 0 privacy random employees walked in on my family while they are on the pool unacceptable. The jacuzzi doesn’t work hot no heater in it. I contacted them they said oh it says hot tub but that’s the only category but no heater and it doesn’t turn on. And am sorry that’s how it is very unprofessional. Don’t know how to talk with guests want to charge me $50 for late checkout which is 2,500 EGP. This is totally shouldn’t be posted this village is not like pictures it’s a not real. Please be careful.

Everything, it was clean and what you see in the picture is what you get really , nice and very cosy . I loved it
