"Very very bad flat and service and treatment!!!"

The flat was in very bad shape,, the communication was very slow ,, and finally they charged me 400 euros as deposit to be paid in cash and when returned it to them they said they will have to charge me for another night because i gave my keys to my driver who i know for at least 10 years and works for my father and will also change the locks because my driver is a stranger!!! I am a very long client to booking.com and the treatment i got from the landlord or the company that looks after the flat treated me like a thief!! And when i wrote to them that i will report this to the police and booking they replied ( don’t threaten us ,, you gave the keys to a stranger) i went very early to the airport,,who should I give to ??
