Everything.I very sadly lost my husband in June 2025 it was suddenly and unexpected We had visited Fuengirola several times most recently in February 2025 and I know the area very well. I decided to take our daughter and two granddaughters away for Christmas as this was going to be a difficult time for us. Everything about the apartment was 5* couldn’t fault anything will definitely be going back

Wish we could have stayed longer

Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich, auch der Blick und die Größe der Dachterrassen sind eine 11 von 10.

Leider ist der Pflegezustand der Wohnung nicht mehr der Beste, daher nur 8 Sterne. Defekte Sachen werden nicht mehr repariert. Die Ausstattung mit 1 Handtuch und 1 Badetuch ist sehr mager. Per WhatsApp antwortet innerhalb von Sekunden vermutlich eine freundliche KI, die sehr umfangreich alles erklärt und sagt, dass sie sich kümmert und die Infos weiter gibt. Danach passiert aber nicht mehr viel.

Kaikki huonekalut on aikansa eläneet ja tosi epämukavia istua. Wi-fi on surkea ja toista isoa terassia ei ole kalustettu ollenkaan. Sängyt älyttömän kovia. Panostuksella kalusteisiin ja wi-Fin laatuun olisi todella upea paikka.

Location and sea view were stunning! The photos don't do it justice, it was just amazing! Facilities were all as described (though tired and a bit grubby) Very secure/safe

Poor Communication - WhatsApp BOT to communicate with - very difficult to get hold of an actual agent Late check in 5pm and early check out 10am a lot of money to pay for a few hours of each day! Key collection is a 15min walk away, in 40 degree heat that was a HOT walk with suitcases! Air conditioning electrics are connected to the front door, so if you open it they all go off (energy saving) but are difficult to reset. Air conditioning in downstairs twin room didn't work (they clearly knew this as an old fan had been put in the room) we reported it on the first day, was told to stay in and await an engineer on the 3rd day who never arrived - Ended up sleeping on the sofa in the lounge as impossible to sleep in the bedroom due to the heat. The engineer turned up with the cleaner at 10am on check out day!! No apology for lack of aircon or a wasted day of our holiday waiting inside! Furnishings a little grubby. Insects in the downstairs bathroom. Upper bedroom is up a tiny spiral rickety staircase - not for anyone with mobility or problem with heights! TV in upper bedroom didn't work. Lift in the building is TINY! and only goes to 7th floor, you have to walk 2 flights of stairs to the 8th floor - the handrail was falling off and the hallway light didn't work so quite dangerous! It was very expensive for what was provided, could have stayed half-board at a local complex for the same price.

Läget var fantastiskt och lägenheten var rymlig och smakfullt inredd. Nära till strand och massor av restauranger. Väl fungerande AC och tillräckligt med husgeråd. Enkel och bekväm utcheckning, det var bara att lämna nycklarna på bordet och gå.

Bilderna på terrassen måste vara flera år gamla för de motsvarade inte verkligheten. Vi blev otroligt besvikna med tanke på att det var terassen som bidrog till att vi bokade stället. Terassmöblerna och solsängarna var slitna och smutsiga, glaspartierna runt altanen hade inte rengjorts på länge, vilket märktes särskilt på kvällen. Vi klagade vid ankomst men det dröjde nästan en vecka, och massor av mejl och whats-up kontakt (!?), innan någon kom och tog bort de värsta måslortarna från räcke och golv. Soffa/fåtöljer är i behov av djuprengöring och en fotpall saknade helt överdrag (det var enbart skumgummi). Informationen gällande incheckningen var otydlig, i den informationen som stod på boendets sida stod det att nycklarna skulle hämtas i "receptionen", det var dock bara ett nyckelskåp som satt fast på en mur/vägg intill en grind med rätt husnummer.

Habia pequeños detalles como faltante de jabón en uno de los baños, algunos problemas con el Wi-Fi, detalles de limpieza y el aire acondicionado en una habitación que no funcionó.

The apartment was very well located, across from the beach, near Fish Alley and town center. It was very well equipped plus the beds were very comfortable. Macros and the Holidays2Mallaga team were very helpful and obliging

The spiral staircase up to the second double bedroom was a bit of a challenge especially when trying to carry up and down suitcases.
