Our stay was truly enjoyable. The room was quite spacious, thoughtfully divided, and, most importantly, very well soundproofed. As a family, we felt extremely comfortable throughout our time here. The location is also excellent—right in the center, within the limited traffic zone (ZTL), making it convenient to explore the city. Despite being in a central area, we didn’t hear any unpleasant noises from neighboring rooms; the soundproofing really made a difference. The beds were comfortable, and even the sofa bed provided for the children was more than sufficient. Overall, the accommodation met all our needs, and we would gladly return in the future.

Très bon emplacement très proche du centre de la ville de Modene. Parking au pied de l'appartement. Appartement spacieux avec vue en haut de la tour assez exceptionnelle. Emplacement impeccable pour ceux qui visitent les différents musées de l'automobile

Ho gradito ogni aspetto del mio soggiorno.

Hervorragende Anreiseskizze und Beschreibung der Anfahrt im Vorfeld, sehr freundlicher Service, vorbildlich. Zentrale Lage, Appartament, insbesondere das Bad, geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

Reinigung im Appartement sehr nachlässig, Kaffeemaschine mit alten Pads und gefülltem Wasserkocher. Keine Nachtruhe, da bis in die Morgenstunde auf der Straße getrunken und äußerst laut geredet bzw. geschriehen wurde, sehr schade, weil eigentlich tolle Lage und nettes Umfeld.

Location is great; easy access to the door, communication with the host was prompt. Air con made the stay pleasand (as heat can be quite unbearable in Italy) and the place was very clean.

Parking can be a bit of a nightmare, due to confusing signage and local interpration of parking rules, however, this is not property's fault of responsibility
