No2 Clarence grade II Regency townhouse short walk to racecourse and town centre

Property was absolutely outstanding situated in an amazing place just outside of Cheltenham town within five minutes walking distance

Short walk to the town centre, the house was spacious with all the amenities you would need. Would 100% recommend staying here if you visit Cheltenham!

We loved our stay in this amazing house, it was the best air b&b we’ve ever stayed in. It felt very luxurious with beautiful period features and design. The location was perfect and we really enjoyed the fact it was right on the door step of the beautiful Pittville park and just a short walk into town. The bed was like a dream and the comfiest we’ve ever slept in. We loved the changing art on the TV and the fact that we could watch Netflix. Sophie the host was kind and helpful. There was a selection of Teas and coffee and some nice toiletries in the bathroom. We would love to come back for the Cheltenham races which we saw is only a 10 minute walk from the house. Highly recommend this place if you’re staying in Cheltenham, it was absolutely perfect.

Great location, lovely grade 2 listed building within stones throw of town centre. Sophie is a wonderful host.

Third bedroom a little smaller than the others. Parking on the road but grade 2 listed houses not built with garages!

This house is stunning and Sophie our host could not have been more helpful with our stay. The rooms are magnificant, and the beds very comfortable. A lovely stay for my daughter's wedding, adding to the whole occasion. We hope to be back very soon.

Beautiful house extremely clean and tidy.really nice big sized rooms with very comfy beds and cushions.very close to town and all Pubs and restaurants within 2 min walk.extremely brilliant host and always on the phone to help.also sky tv and Netflix which is also a nice feature.would stay again highly recommended

This was a lovely period townhouse right in the centre of Cheltenham and really convenient for the racecourse and exploring the Cotswolds. The house was very comfortable and clean. Fires in both reception rooms downstairs made the house feel very cosy. There was Sky TV and fast broadband. The host Sophie was great and she made things very easy. She has at hand via Whatsapp for any questions that we had. We would definitely recommend this property.
