Nothing - it was all as described
GBEverything went smoothly, instructions were clear and accurate, communication was effective and timely. We had a slight issue with the heating, we managed to resolve with help from the team.

GBGBGBGood location, close to Chinatown and within walking distance to the city centre. Spacious apartment , with good facilities and clean. The check in process was a bit inconvenient as I had to wait until a certain time for entry but overall a good stay and would recommend.

GBMessaged me 2 days before the booking to ask for a £250 deposit to be paid into a personal bank account. No mention of this anywhere on booking.com prior to booking. We cancelled and they still have my money we originally paid cor the room. Also said they were going to send an uber driver with the keys for the property when we arrived. Not a safe way to check in.
