Marhaba La Laguna, alojamiento en centro histórico de San Cristóbal de La Laguna

El apartamento está bien situado a pocos metros de la Catedral ,en pleno centro histórico. El menaje es fantástico así como sus electrodomésticos.

Lo menos es el acceso para personas con movilidad reducida o mayores dado las escaleras de acceso a la vivienda.

Property is right in the center of town, literally a block away from the cathedral which is the "main drag" of La Laguna. The apartment is cozy with a nice living room, two separate bedrooms, a kitchen and one full bathroom plus another room with a toilet (a huge plus when you have multiple guests!) There is also a small indoor patio with a couple of chairs - a very Spanish thing - which I believe is meant for where you would have a cup of coffee instead of the living room or the kitchen. The place was clean, nicely decorated and all the amenities worked as expected. Communication with the manager via Whatsapp was prompt and very courteous. Getting the glasstop stove to work can be bewildering for non-Americans because you end up pushing the LED buttons like a maniac and nothing seems to happen. All you have to do is pay attention to the lock button. Long press and it turns off then the rest becomes more obvious ;-)

This is all nitpicky because there really aren't any major concerns. Most importantly, I would add a small note of caution for elderly couples, or those coming back after you've had one too many: the hallway has a couple of steps which would be easy to miss and could easily stub your toes in the middle of the night or, worse, land you on the floor with a tooth knocked out. So be careful. The kitchen has a full set of cutlery and pans but no coffee, sugar, salt, etc. which I feel is standard by now and at very little cost to management. Likewise, having Netflix or Youtube on the TV would be a nice touch as the local over the air channel lineup is just dreadful.

A localização é óptima em La Laguna e o acesso simples. Para além do vídeo que enviam, sugiro o envio de instruções escritas de acesso.

Os quartos com camas separadas têm pouca proteção da luz exterior - luz do corredor, ladeado de janelas - o que lhes não permite dormir com escuridão total.

Die Lage, die Sauberkeit war wirklich top!

Die Wohnung bot 3 Überraschungsmomente: 1. Von den angegebenen 3 Schlafzimmern war eines zugesperrt. Vor Anreise wurde nachgefragt, wie viele wir sind. Gut, dass ich erwähnt habe, dass wir zu zweit, aber kein Paar sind, sonst hätte ich mir wohl ein Bett und Zimmer mit meiner Kollegin teilen müssen. Anscheinend werden die Zimmer nach Bedarf frei gegeben. 2. Der Balkon war keiner, eher ein Ausgang zum Innenhof ohne Ausblick, was auf den Fotos so nicht ersichtlich ist. 3. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es eine Kamera, die auf den Wohnbereich gerichtet ist. Das schafft ein seltsam beobachtetes Gefühl.

Modern renovated upperfloor. Enough space, Great location, two toilets, one shower, averaging was clean and nice. Go for it, you will love it !
