It was our first cruise ship ride and we enjoyed it. We might do again next same with other offered locations.

Short time to spend in Stockholm, hope it could be a bit longer. We spent only 4hrs from 10am to 2pm, to explore Stockholm, which we had time pressure to get back to the ship before it leaves.

They had entertaining programs during the night. I would like to repeat the experience for sure.

The 2-night stay was good. The staff onboard is friendly although some pieces of information missing like when I went to the front desk to ask for the shuttle bus in Stokholm the person did not tell me that was not included and I had to pay extra or even had to book, he didn't even offer to book it for me. I found out when I approach the bus driver. Those things for instance, makes the customer feel not cherished enough or a bit lost, especially if this is the first time doing this cruise. There should be information about the program in every room, I casually found one flyer when I found a seat to look through the window, otherwise I would have not known about it. So overall, giving information can be improved , putting less work on the passenger to have to research so we can fully relax and enjoy the stay. Also there could be at least a bottle of water in the room as a welcome. I mean, we are on a boat where I assume you shouldn't drink from the tab, a small bottle of water would cost 2,5€ which is ridiculously expensive for being still water. I have been in other "low cost" cruises where at least there is a bottle of water in he room the first day as courtesy. I paid 94€ for two nights which is not a bargain either, so at least a bottle of water could be a nice amenity in the room, same as for a kettle. The room could be better cleaned, there was dust on the surfaces all over the place, I had to wipe out the night stands for all the dust there was on them.
