The nice apartment and its location

Very good location on a beautiful street, just a few minutes from many great restaurants, cafés, bars, and breakfast spots. The apartment is also close to both metro and train stations. Beer lovers will appreciate that the MUSA brewery is only a few meters away. Another big advantage is the nearby TimeOut Market, where you can easily enjoy food and drinks every day. The apartment itself is spacious and has potential. The interior looks generally nice and the overall layout of the apartment was good.

Unfortunately, the stay was negatively affected by poor organization, cleanliness, communication, and security concerns. We informed the property in advance about our arrival time and respected the standard check-in time from 15:00 after our request for an earlier check-in was declined. We arrived around 15:34, but the keys were missing from the self check-in lockbox, which was left open. After several phone calls, we were told the staff would bring the keys downstairs, but nobody came. Later we found out they were in a completely different apartment. We finally accessed the apartment around 15:50 without any apology or explanation. The apartment also had several issues: * air conditioning was not working, * shower was dripping, * bathroom door handle was falling off, * dirty carpet with dried stains, * dirty dining chair, * wet towel left on the balcony, * empty toilet paper roll left in the apartment. Another concern was security. The entrance gate to the building could not be properly closed or locked, and the apartment door itself did not feel secure enough for leaving valuables or electronics inside. The biggest disappointment was the communication. After reporting the issues, communication gradually stopped completely. We even offered to provide photo documentation of all problems, but received no further cooperation. Booking.com support communicated professionally and tried to help, but no reasonable resolution was reached with the property. With better cleaning, organization, communication, and attention to maintenance, the stay could have been much better.

Great apt with everything we needed, great location as well.

Το κατάλυμα ηταν κεντρικό και ειχε εύκολη πρόσβαση σε όλα τα σημεία ενδιαφέροντος. Ηταν άνετο και βολικό.

Μείναμε 5 νυχτες και θα έπρεπε εφόσον δεν παρέχει καθημερινή καθαριότητα να φροντίσει να υπάρχει επιπλεον ιματισμος (ενα σετ πετσέτες για έξι μέρες ειναι το λιγότερο απαραδεκτο). Επισης δεν υπηρχε αρκετό χαρτί υγείας για τις μέρες διαμονής 4 ατόμων, σακούλες για να πετάξουμε τα σκουπίδια, χαρτί κουζίνας καθώς επίσης μαξιλαροθήκες , εκτός απο τα δυο μαξιλάρια που υπήρχαν στο κρεββάτι αν ήθελες επιπλεον μαξιλάρι δεν υπηρχε μαξιλαροθήκη διαθέσιμη. Το σπίτι ειχε αρκετή υγρασία και δεν ηταν.αρκετα καθαρό.

Prima plek om te verblijven, centraal gelegen in de stad. Douche goede straal en lekker warm. In een uitgaanswijk, maar je merkt er niets van, wat geluid betreft.

Na een drukke dag wil je met vier personen lekker kunnen hangen. Op een bank bijvoorbeeld. Die was daar een beetje te klein voor.
