Charming 3-Bedroom Home in Sunderland

Size of bedrooms. Location shops and pub in walking distance. Hospital walking distance. Enough Fridge space if there as big family

TV no aerial so fine if have netflix etc not otherwise. On last day boiler leaking water and no hot water or heating so messaging to and forth to owner then asked a neighbour to help he did straight away as error message flashing. Both freezers needed defrosting. House had bit of wear and tear which we informed owners on first night. Neighbour on right has dog that barked in early hours and when it's windy next door has wind chimed can hear from back bedroom,!

The house was very spacious, very clean, the location was great. Close to many shops and not a long walk to the university and city centre.

The shower part that didn't make the stay perfect, we are not very tall and we barely couldn't fit to have a shower, need to remove shower head in order to have a proper shower ( we got used to it in the end so wasn't a massive problem). We had problems with the boiler contracted the company that manage the flat although they were very polite didn't send anyone to look at the boiler and we were freezing in the end it was working but the lack of feedback was a bit disappointing.

It's a lovely sized house with some very nice original features. Beautiful kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, great quality linen and towels. Very clean and instructions were left for some fittings. Great value for money and easy to get to where we needed to visit.

The key lock box needed to be repaired and there were issues in the kitchen and with the back door which the owner said they would resolve. Communication wasn't great.
