Big enough for a big family. Grace was a big help. Always ready to help and kept checking on us.

The bed was comfortable.

Our whole experience wasn’t great. On arrival it seemed the staff weren’t expecting us so it took awhile to find out where our rooms were. We were placed next to a bride and groom which wasn’t great as no privacy for us or them. Would have been much better to be placed away from them. On arrival at our room the outside area had been used by wedding guests so there were bottles and glasses around. Wi-Fi signal was weak so couldn’t watch tv. The hand wash container in the bathroom was almost empty so after using it twice it was finished which really wasn’t great and no body wash was provided in the shower which wasn’t great! I had requested a vegan breakfast when booking and staff weren’t aware of this so they couldn’t accommodate this.

The game farm is located on the hill and the "Die Herberg" where we stayed is overlooking the area, the most beautiful sunset view. The rooms we stayed in are newly built, with all the needed amenities. Most comfortable beds, with steaming facility and wifi.

There are 3 things we would recommend: 1. Placing of outside dustbins - as another party was at the bottom venue and they litter all over, we could not see any outside dustbins. 2. The family bedroom at the "Die Herberg", rather provide 2 bedside tables than just 1 and a dustbin for a bedside table. 3. We don't how it happened but the warm water was not warm but lukewarm when we wanted to shower and even the morning after when we wanted to wash dishes.
