USUSStaff was friendly, rooms were clean and the price and location was great! We were there for Beta Nationals and it was within walking distance from the hotel! Duke of Hazzard Muesum is next door, dive bar with great music in the back parking lot. We will definitely stay here again!
Mattress was a little too firm for us!

USThe front desk worker who’s there in the morning with glasses is extremely sweet and nice . Room was clean . No bugs
I paid for a smoking room since I do smoke CBD weed which is legal in Nashville… The front desk worker came all the way to my room and told me I can’t smoke in my SMOKING room due to the person on the other side in the non smoking room complaining… not trying to be inconsiderate but if you know your traveling with kids or don’t like the smell of smoke . Stop being a cheap person and go on to the NON SMOKING HOTELS. Simple. Constantly complaining about smoke smell when you chose to stay at a hotel with smoking rooms is ridiculous.And for the worker to come and tell me I can’t smoke in my room n if I choose to smoke, to please walking away from the building but wasn’t trying to refund me any money since I paid for a smoking room and can’t smoke in it. Learn how to enforce the correct policy instead of making someone else stay uncomfortable to please someone else. I asked to talk to the manger and he then left it alone

Let's start with wristband for the pool cause its not at the hotel but in the parking lot next to a bar and restaurant, great place to take the kids, right. The room was dirty with garbage under things. The toilet ran nonstop but if you turn the light on in the bathroom the fan noise will drowned that noise out, extremely loud and filthy. Shower has absolutely no pressure. The wifi kept going in and out constantly, great with 2 kids. Breakfast was horrible unless you want to eat a waffle every morning, no fresh fruit or anything. And lastly and most importantly the front desk is completely rude and beyond words that I can't write on here. Bypass this place its a train wreck
