Lovely 4th floor apartment with lift. Clean spacious and beautifully furnished. Very close to the beach and promenade with great views of the sea from the sunny balcony Large double shower was amazing

It was quite difficult to find the property itself. Better instructions about exactly where it was would have been helpful

К сожалению, хозяин очень невнимателен к гостям. Были серьёзные проблемы с горячей водой: два раза приходили мастера, но проблему не решили. Горячий душ можно принять только в первые 15 минут, дальше течёт только холодная. Также разочаровали чистота и состояние кухни. Тараканы — понимаю, что для Испании это частая проблема, но когда они ползают по ящикам с посудой, это неприемлемо. Посуда в плохом состоянии: сковородки с повреждённым покрытием (всё пригорает), есть посуда со сколами. Полы были грязные и липкие В спальне из санузла периодически пахло канализацией — диффузоры не справляются. Кроме того, несколько ночей подряд (примерно в 3–4 часа ночи) был сильный шум от соседей, который мешал спать.

Location was good for the beach front. Apartment was lovely, a lot of nice touches.

Didn’t like the noise from the road below or the building work noise. Unfortunately the lift broke down during our stay, didn’t like climbing the stairs

La cercanía a la playa

La olor de la humedad del apartamento sobretodo en las habitaciones que estaban cerca de los aseos.

The location was excellent, the apartment was neat and was well equipped. We genuinely liked the apartment.

Unfortunately the ensuite shower had black mould around the tile base which was quite off putting and as a result we didn't use it. In addition although the rest of the apartment was clean there was a distinct smell of bad drains.
