Nice and clean, smelt great. Easy to Access, spacious place

I would only make 2 suggestions… More mirrors, there is only 1 mirror in the bathroom and when you are trying to get ready to go out especially girls this isn’t ideal. So maybe 1 in each bedroom and a full length one somewhere in the property for those all important mirror selfies … If safety or breakage is a concern you can get good quality plastic ones.. and the other suggestion is larger towels as a couple of towels were provided but they were all quite small not really ideal for coming out the shower…

"OK property, some issues, but neighbour's TV made this nightmare stay!"

It was all ok. Quite a few little issues, though.

We used this as a base to sleep between shows at the NEC. Unfortunately, the next door neighbour has their TV so loud. It started at 4.05am the first night. And 12.25am until 5.00am the second. I got literally a few hours sleep. I had to move down to the incredibly uncomfortable sofa to try and escape the noise (seriously these need replacing as they are barely fit for purpose) but the TV was so loud it barely made a difference.
