"A comfortable place but not charming, at 20 minutes walking distance from the center."

The bedroom is large, it has a desk where one can work. The kitchen is good, fully equipped, it even has dish and laundry washing machines. Bus stop is just in front of the house.

The surroundings are not nice, the view has no charm. Hasn't much natural light. Some of the furniture has signs of wearing (but is fully functional).
