Old City Centre - unforgettable house

The place is lovely! It's very spacious and extremely comfortable. Check-in and check-out were easy and convenient, and communication with the host was superb. It’s also only a 20-minute walk to the Old Town.

Unfortunately, we experienced a rather scary situation just outside the building. Around 8/9 PM, we returned from sightseeing and passed by two men standing on the street. Since we had already checked in earlier, we didn’t have any bags with us. We had also left the key in the key lock to avoid losing it. When we tried to get the key, the men walked up behind us. One of them asked whether we had the key and told us that if we did, we should go inside. Considering that we are two women in our twenties and did not know these men or their intentions, we obviously refused. He then said he had been living there for a long time, as if to assure us, and insisted that we go in first. But this was the first time we had seen them, so we had no way of knowing whether this was true. We were assuming the worst. Unfortunately they refused to enter first, which didn't help our suspicions. An argument followed for a while until I told them that we were simply genuinely scared of them. The man started apologizing, but his manner still felt quite aggressive. Eventually, he seemed to lose patience, walked inside with his friend, locked the gate behind them with a key, and went into the building. We then felt safe enough to finally enter through the gate. Although nothing further happened, I was very shaken up. Every small noise in the apartment made me jump because I was afraid they might come back. In hindsight, I understand that they were actual neighbors and may have thought we were breaking in. But the situation could have been handled much better. I was honestly quite taken aback that they didn’t realize how threatening this could feel from our perspective. I want to be very clear, though, that I do not blame the host for this at all. We were in contact with her, and she apologized and offered us emotional support. I truly feel sorry having to mention this here, as she was absolutely lovely to us throughout our short stay and does not deserve any negative reflection.

Great value for money, big and comfortable apartment located near the old town, easy check in, great facilities, felt very safe as well

Della struttura mi è piaciuto l’arredamento complessivo della casa e il fatto che la zona fosse abbastanza calma e non molto distante dal centro, anche se è meglio prendere i mezzi o noleggiare un’auto, non penso che sia molto agevole a piedi.

Non mi è piaciuto il fatto che alcune prese di corrente fossero danneggiate, addirittura la presa del bagno era fuori dalla scatola da incasso e produceva scintille. Inoltre, la casa è molto umida, l’appartamento è praticamente un sottoscala e nonostante gli sforzi da parte dei proprietari di coprire l’odore di umidità, l’odore è molto pungente e forte, soprattutto appena si apre la porta e si sente la differenza rispetto a fuori. È adatto alla permanenza solo per pochi giorni.

Casa bellissima, ampia, comoda, molto confortevole. Molte accortezze e dettagli che ho apprezzato molto (Smart tv, carte, gel disinfettante, macchina del caffè, rullo per togliere i pelucchi, ciabatte…)

Грязно! Темно! Одна лампочка на всю комнату, ват на 20, не больше! Видимо, чтоб не видеть кошмара вокруг! Постель грязная, вонючая, Меня искусало что-то, покусаны ноги, руки, лицо, вторую неделю лечусь! Кресло в пятнах, посуды нет, нет даже чайника, две грязные чашки! Подъезд- это жуть! Как в фильмах ужасов! Ключ от подъезда не работал, ждала пока кто-то выйдет! Дверь в комнату не могла открыть, пошла искать соседей, просила помочь! Полотенца грязные, постель видимо не меняли после прошлых гостей, матрац ужасный, все пружины выпирают! Даже на одну ночь - оно того не стоит! Выехала раньше, деньги не вернули!
