Appartamento Al Zigànt - Top location

Great location in the centre of everything. But you do need earplugs for the late night bars underneath and early mornings 😉. On the 3rd floor with a lift.

Lack of general basics. After a long summer bathroom is in need of a deep clean. Pillows all need changing as stained. The mattress topper wasn't big enough for the bed. Tablecloth under tv stained. We had a problem with the toilet continuously running for two nights, but it was eventually sorted. I understand that it was in the centre but I feel the price was a bit excessive for what it was.

location, location, location. Excellent unit. Good fridge, washing machine. Proximity to so much in the old town.

Very little to dislike, the shower could have been bigger. Just know that the unit is opposite La Baita the cafe. the numbers of the buildings don’t appear to be in chronological order. But the host was very helpful.

Fabulous location and private views over the church and the market below, surrounded by fabulous places to eat. Considering the crowds the noise level was well managed. Perfect for a couple, very secure and safe. Some coffee and staples left for us, and clear instructions to enter. Plenty of clean towels and room for clothes. Everything worked well except the shower. Also right next door to the best restaurant with the best lasagna in town!

We cleaned out the shower rose as water was not working well, works well now, no tea towels and our requests for those and help getting a taxi not answered. A firm pillow offered would be great.

Perfect location and a Nicolo was the perfect host!!

Spacious apartment, comfortable bed, all the amenities we needed. Nice touch with proper coffee / espresso machine, fridge and, if you wish to cook, oil, salt etc. Hairdryer in the bathroom was very good. Ample storage space, full wardrobe, smart TV, shampoo and conditioner sachets plenty of fresh towels. The location really is great, such a beautiful street, close to everything we needed and so many delicious restaurants and lovely sights around. We felt right in the heart of it all… However I would say with the location comes the noise from the street which is loud, expect to hear music and merriment from the bars and restaurants directly below your window until 1am, and the street commencing activities such as bottle collection from 5am.

There was a bit of confusion on check in day, I asked the host the day before if we could come and drop our bags after we landed at 10am, they said yes. We landed in torrential rain, could not get in contact with the host for a while and ended up walking up and down the street, completely soaked looking for the building. We were then told the apartment wasn’t ready. It was quickly resolved and we dropped our bags with the cleaner but it was a damp start to our trip so better clarity would be preferred as we’d simply have sorted an alternative arrangement if dropping early was a problem.
