Proximidad a la playa y que tenía parking para dejar el coche.

La cama supletoria nefasta, al abrirla aparecieron bichos y el colchón viejo y muy delgado. Llamamos para comunicarlo y que por favor lo cambiarán y la única solución fue que venían a limpiar,evidentemente eso lo hicimos nosotros en cuanto salieron los bichos, ahí no iban a dormir mis hijos El sofá ponía que era cama doble y era incómodo y para una persona. Cosas rotas de anteriores inquilinos y la limpieza regular. Las vistas al mar y al antiguo cementerio.

Cercano a comercios, bares y playa. Se puede acceder fácilmente andando a todo lo que queríamos ver. El tener plaza de aparcamiento y muy amplia es un punto totalmente a favor ya que en fechas de temporada es muy complicado aparcar sin tener que pagar la zona. Y otro de los puntos es la terracita con vistas al mar que se puede apreciar el atardecer y bajarte y subirte cuando quieras al piso.

Por poner un pero el check out podría darse más antes, ya que nos pasamos unas horas deambulando a pleno medio día quitándonos así tiempo de los planes que llevábamos.

La verdad que muy bien, cercano y con garaje que eso es muy importante. Muy limpio y cómodo, volveremos seguro.

. El único pero es que pone en primera linea de playa y en realidad tienes dos calles antes de llegar a la playa, hay un descampado delante

Modern, clean with great view over beach. Underground parking was very handy and Vanessa met us and sent location which really helped.

When it was windy outside ( and it was most of our stay) - it howled especially in the lounge area

It's a nice new flat with quite a good equipment. There is a parking garage with a big parking place. Wifi worked well. It's close to the beach but the direct surrounding is not so nice. And I don't mean the cemetery. The view is nice but for some people it might not be nice to have an old cemetery between the house and the beach. For us it was not a problem.

Generally the place is extremly overpriced and doesn't worth the extra money. If it would be half price, I wouldn't have any problem and would give a max point. I was shocked when I got the long list about the terms and conditions. E.g. 5€ if you leave the garbage in the flat after leaving, etc... For so much money please don't ask your customers to take out the garbage. We had such a bad feeling the whole time not to ruin something, or do something wrong. We are travelling quite a lot but never seen something like that. On the other hand 1 pod for 4 night for the dishwasher is not enough. I don't have a problem with washing the dishes with hand but it would be nice to have a kitchen towel. And many similar small things, which wouldn't be a problem for half the price. For so much money I would also like to be treated way much better.

View is great. Host was brilliant. There with the keys when I arrived. Couldnt have been simpler. For a hosted property this was great. I had parking as well which was also really easy as its under the property. Can't recommend this enough. There were even a couple of english channels for a bit of TV before bed...
