"Exceptional"

Truly a luxurious country side vacation home!! With an en-suite to every one of this spacious 3 bedroom home, plus another on the ground floor. The furnishings, the decor, and the fittings are all brand new, giving this place like new luxury experience! Just a 7mins drive to Bowness on Windermere is super convenient !!! Would love to spend more time here.....[we could get used to a place like this] as my whole family would say.....just wish my wallet would stretch that far!

"Perfect relaxing luxury break"

The property is perfect for a relaxing break. It has all of the extras you need for a great weekend away. Games included in the house as well as books about the local area. We spent the weekend banking in the kitchen and had all of the tools we needed to hand. We followed the Hearings Estate on Instagram and they shared some great trips for what was on in the local area over the weekend of our stay. We spent the weekend exploring the local culture and events. The beds are super comfy and each room felt like home. Our kids loved the space and the freedom to retreat to their own space. Each room with an en-suite meant it was quick and easy to get ready and out. The views are spectacular, you feel so grounded and connected to nature but no more than 10 mins to the nearest shops, pubs and restaurants. The layout of the house is perfect, open space all modern and cosy. I couldn’t recommend this enough. Thank you for having us.
