Bellissima posizione, ottimi servizi, grande cordialità dei proprietari.

La colazione non era compresa nel prezzo ma Stefania vi ha fatto trovare comunque quanto serviva per fare colazione

Un bagno non aveva gli scarichi che funzionavano bene per cui si sentiva un po’ di cattivo odore ( solo il primo giorno)

Actually, we enjoyed every.moment! Starting with the fact that we discussed on WhatsApp with our hosts, the fact that the lkcation is in the very center and close to the Cathedral, bus station, restaurants. One unexpected thing: we were asking where to buy additional decaff pors for the coffe machine - but in the same afternoon the host came to the location with two boxes of decaff pods...thank you again giys on this! One more thing that it's worth mentioning: the apartman has 3 AC units, one in each room with a bed. It was not the case for us in October, but this is really useful inItaly during the summer... The apartman has also two fully equiped bathrooms. Thank you guys for the great accomodation!

Posizione centrale e comoda per tutto, ordine e pulizia eccellenti. Aimè mancavamo io e mio marito, comunque massima disponibilità da parte dell'host, tutto confermato dai cugini che hanno piacevolmente soggiornato soli soletti.

Tutto perfetto…la Sì.ra Stefania e il Sig. Francesco ci hanno riservato un’accoglienza meravigliosa. Appartamento bellissimo, confortevole e organizzato per tutte le esigenze a due passi dalla Basilica di Santa Maria degli Angeli . Lo consigliamo vivamente.

Perfecto! Lugar súper limpio y bien ubicado en el corazón de la ciudad. Stefania, la anfitriona es muy atenta y amable. Nos ha ayudado mucho y recomendado lugares. Es un 10!

All was perfect.

Well, this had to be the best ever apartment that we stayed in during our 3 month trip around Italy. We had stayed in 10 apartments over that time. Stefania and Francesco were absolutely lovely and very helpful. The apartment was absolutely immaculate, with exceptional taste is decor and extremely comfortable. We were close to bars, a supermarket and many restaurants. And a quick bus trip up to Assisi or train up to Perugia . This is such a lovely area of Umbria to stay in and such a wonderful apartment to live in for 3 week. We highly, highly recommend this apartment . Thank you so much, Stefania.

Everything about this apartment is first class. It is spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. There is no shortage of amenities such as cutlery and cooking utensils. It is close to the heart of the city with restaurants only a few minutes walk away. The bus to and from Assisi stops within 100 metres from the apartment. Francesco and Stefania are the most welcoming hosts offering suggestions for things to do and see, and the homemade biscuits and Easter cake were much appreciated. We wish we could have stayed longer.
