Lyons lido Lovely modern 3 bedroom Caravan

Caravan good, Beach location good,

Caravan park lacking facilities ie shop etc. Caravan has a private camera with two way audio that we were not aware of by the entrance door with no warning notifications/signage, which has multiple phone connection capabilities, we felt very uncomfortable as we had two teenage girls with us and with doors and windows open and sitting outside the caravan, as the owner would not allow it to be turned off whilst in the caravan until we spoke to the site Manager the next day on which an agreement was made to switch off the camera whilst in occupation of the caravan and to switch on whilst out, of which we complied with, This was a serious invasion of privacy, We had my partner's brother and wife turn up as a surprise from southern Ireland that she had not seen for six years and with in minutes I had a message via WhatsApp from the owner about this visit, this is when we realised we were being watched and discovered the camera and it's capabilities after discovering it's packaging with instructions, we did, after some discussion arrange with the owner for our suprise guests to stay with us and we paid the extra for this to happen, all ended well with us having a great time, however the owner needs to make it very clear and transparent to potential renters about this camera and it's capabilities to private phones.

Immaculate felt very homely. The children’s rooms were beautiful even a little nightlight. Owners extremely helpful, did not arrive till late and the even messaged us to let us on of a nice chippy with fresh fish and chips. Left some milk tea coffee and snacks for us arriving and made the bed.

Loved the property. A little quite on site but plenty to see out and about. All u need on the door step 2 mins to brilliant swing park with picnic benches to sit watch the kids play, amusements beach restaurant looking out to the sea. Wonderful 10/10.

It was a very homely feeling to be there and it was well decoratedz clean and well maintained.

Everything . The host was a lovely lady, the caravan was lovely very clean and it was in a very good position

Sharon was a fantastic host, the caravan was clean and had everything we needed for our weeks stay. The site was perfectly situated for Prestatyn beach, which is a beautiful sandy beach and a short drive to nearby Rhyl

The property felt really homely and was located in a brilliant location. 5 minute walk to the beach one way and a 5 minute walk to Prestatyn centre the other way. The owner left us some essentials (tea, coffee, sugar, toilet roll, towels, bedding, etc)

Only dislike is absolutely nothing to do with the owner but the park facilities. There is not much going on. There’s a bouncy castle and football/tennis court for kids but that is it for children. There is a laundrette and churchHowever you can go up to Robin Hood which is a 35/40 minute walk or 5 minute drive away and use their facilities (swimming, activities, soft play, arcades, bars, food facilities, etc)
