Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Guests must not share building entry codes or access instructions with third parties. Any breach of this policy will result in immediate cancellation of the booking without refund. Standard check-out time is 10:00am. Unapproved late check-outs may result in a penalty fee. Blocking entry (e.g. by attaching a chain or other mechanism) to prevent cleaning access after check-out is prohibited and will incur a fine. The use of the property for any commercial purposes, including but not limited to sex work, is strictly prohibited. Breach of this clause will result in immediate eviction, forfeiture of payment, and possible police involvement. Guests must not engage in behavior that could disturb neighbors or compromise the safety and reputation of the building. Any criminal activity or suspicious behavior may be reported to local authorities. Any act of vandalism — including suspected third-party retaliation linked to guest activity — will be treated as a serious incident and reported. Guests are responsible for returning all keys to the designated location. A £50 replacement fee applies to lost keys. All damages or issues must be reported immediately. Failure to do so may result in charges. Any damages will be reported to the booking platform, and guests may be held financially responsible. Please ensure all windows are closed and doors are locked when leaving to prevent damage or theft.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.
