Luxury 2bed apartment in top location

Ms. Ilara was interested. But unfortunately there was a heating problem in the house. They said that the temperature of the house was automatic, but it was not as they stated. Except for the central heating , we asked for the remotes thinking that we could heat it with the air conditioner but they did not give us the air conditioner remotes, they said you can only cool it. The house was constantly cold.

The location was really all that this apartment had going for it. It definitely was not luxurious as their description implies. One of the reasons we booked it was because it stated it had a lift. There is two flights of stairs to get to the lift that goes one floor then another flight of stairs to the apartment. As one of our party was injured it made things very difficult. The deposit system for the bond was hard to get working. It kept shutting down during the process. The apartment was lacking a number of convenient items such as coffee table in loungeroom, towel rail in ensuite bathroom and many more annoying things. We were booked for two weeks and we did not have one service clean, and had to request clean towels and sheets after the first week, which were then delivered by courier. We had to strip and make our own beds. If the location was not so good and we didn't love Bologna so much we would give this apartment a much worse rating than we have.

There was not lift from the ground floor to the apartment, it started after a flight of stairs and finished a level below the apartment. Hosts seemed more interested in getting their bond deposit than replying to my emails. I sent them a request via Booking.com for the things the apartment did not have. I received no response. The heaters turned off during the night and we woke up cold each morning. When we tried to alter it via the computerized thermostat it kept returning to the original setting. In general it is not a comfortable apartment to stay in. Too many stairs.
