Apartamento Embajadores -No Ascensor-

It's impossible to like anything in this filthy environment with such incompetent management.

I stayed in this apartment for two days and had a horrible experience. The apartment is terrible, unlike what Booking advertises. Stay away, it's a trap. It's not worth it, not even for 5 euros. When I arrived, I already had problems with the entrance that wasn't working. But that wasn't the only issue. The apartment was extremely dirty, towels and sheets were dirty and old, and the floor had not been properly cleaned for a long time. I came here to work, and the internet didn't work at any time. I complained as soon as I arrived. I sent several emails, messages, and called, but no one responded. The next day, I called again, sent messages, etc., but still, no one responded. At night, they replied that they would check, but naturally, they didn't check and didn't offer another apartment. They are just dragging the customer along. Whoever manages this property is a bunch of irresponsible people. They have several properties in this building that public health should close because the building itself is disgusting, with garbage everywhere.
