Please note that a late check-in fee applies for arrivals after 8pm. This fee is payable on arrival. We also do not allow check-in after midnight during the summer months. From 1 January 2026, we will be making some changes to our check-in service and surcharges . New check-in times: 09:00 – 18:00 → free of charge 18:00 – 20:00 → €25 20:00 – 22:00 → €50 22:00 – 00:00 → €75 No check-ins after 00:00. Guests are welcome again from 09:00! Sunday: Between 09:00 – 18:00 → €25 surcharge Outside these times → + €25 extra on top of the regular surcharge Public holidays: On Christmas Eve (from 16:00), Christmas Day, New Year's Eve (from 16:00) and New Year's Day, we do not do check-ins or check-outs. On the 2nd of January, guests are welcome again from 09:00. Surcharges must be paid in cash to the person checking in. Guests are kindly requested to send us a message at least 1 hour before arrival so that we can prepare everything properly.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. "Comfortable property on a quiet community with pleasant neighbours. Well kept communal pool area."

Pool area was exceptionally clean and well kept

There were a number of basic maintenance issues which we reported to the owner. The owner was very pleasant and agreed to look into the issues without hesitation.

Great service that some broken cutlery was replaced.

Could have wished more sharpen knifes. I would suggest some beds are upgraded/replaced.

"A lovely area of Spain"

The location is very good. Within easy walking distance to local bars, restaurants and a hotel featuring regular entertainers and other activities. The pool is very convenient just outside the townhouse and not too busy. The village of Algorfa, 2 kms away with a nice square and a few shops and market every Wednesday. There are bigger shops and supermarkets a short drive away. The scenery is lovely with surrounding mountains, the sea is only 20 minutes in the car.
