we hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf. het was een propere kamer en alles wat we nodig hadden, was aanwezig. de buurt is een paar straten verder van het centrum wat aangenaam was en je op die manier de drukte kon ontsnappen. Rosy was altijd beschikbaar voor vragen en heeft ons goed tehulp gestaan. heel tevreden van het verblijf!

The room was nice and comfortable with good AC and great shower

There was no front desk with staff every challenging and frustrating to go in you had to unlock 4 doors to enter the room one of them was very challenging to open The toilet was not flushing properly

We didn’t realise the toilet was in a walled area with a sliding door and no ceiling!

Perfectly placed. Quiet . Easy to walk everywhere. Very helpful for restaurant recommendations.

The room was clean and comfortable. There were great spots to eat nearby.

The street steps to door were filthy with rubbish. The entrance really smelt of cat urine. It was dark on entry and couldn’t locate the switch. The keys were difficult to use. There was no reception to talk to. There was no mention of noisey traffic or over looking a major road. The communication with the agent at our arrival was poor. Luckily one of the tenants was able to speak with her.

Great interior, well stocked and clean rooms with modern design. The communication was incredible and accommodated our later checkin. Rosy, our host made us feel so comfortable. The building felt very safe and was lovely to end our day out in palermo in such comfort! Could not reccomend enough.
