Pak Ping The Cozy Living in Chiangmai

The place is quiet, the bed is comfortable and there are many restaurants in the surroundings. I would recommend this place is fair what you get for the price. 😊

It can be a little hard to get all the luggage to the third floor as there is no elevator.

excellent location, friendly and very helpful host and staff. excellent value. quirky trendy renovated old building , very Thai rather than clinical western style.

First off all the staff was amazing. We got perfect advices and help in all areas we asked about it. We got help by renting a motorbike, they organized everything. The room was very clean and tiny. The location was top! And becides is the best place to eat in Chiang Mai called “It’s good kitchen” ;) everything you need for excellent vacations.

- Owner tracks guest movements and enters rooms without permission to turn off AC and unplug devices, even during brief outings - resulting in uncomfortably hot rooms upon return - Cleanliness issues - cockroach spotted in room
