- Wohn-/ Küchenbereich sehr ungemütlich - Küche schlecht ausgestattet (unvollständiges Besteck, Kochutensilien unzureichend, kein Backofen) - Terrasse als Ort zum entspannen/ chillen praktisch nicht nutzbar, da von allen Seiten durch Wohngebäude einsehbar - Schädlinge (Schaben) im Appartement

"Spacious apartment with good private parking, great location"

Spacious apartment, safe private parking, huge terrace, super clean, comfortable. Amazing grocery store within 5 min walking distance. Close to the town of Arco.

There's no cover on the terrace, not a single centimeter of a roof, to hide from the sun, or clothes dryer from the rain. But the apartment is fantastic regardless.

"Nice big good parking"

The terrace was good it was nice and Modern parking and close to the city center

The kitchen could have more thing and there were spider webs but the owner was negotiating the price of city tax and she went from 24€ to 12€ and I really don’t think that’s appropriate

Terrace, parking, BBQ facilities were great. Very clean and comfortable. Bedrooms were a good size. Great location for walking into town.

Not as well equipped with kitchen equipment as other apartments we have stayed in. But enough of everything we needed.
