Budget Single room only for one adult - Shared Flat

I disliked the fact that they offered me a non-working phone number. I had no means of contact, and even when I did, they instructed me to phone that number. This was a waste of time. I have to see my Nan for the last time, to be fair. I did not arrive in time.

Cosy, comfortable, and tidy.

Near main road, noisy, can't open the window for fear of noise from the road, stuffy, bed linen appeared to be not clean. Smelling the perfume of the previous guest. A child of one of the guests wet the toilet seat, the floor, and mother not wiped it.

Almost nothing, only that 1 tenant who came quite late- was nice to give me toilet paper cause landlord even didn't care to leave it in bathroom for guests.

There was Very Cold in room, was there 1 weak heater which was turned automatically after 1 or 1,5h. Cheap TV doesn't working well, was mainly radio programms to watch/ hear. Was so cold that I was needed sleep in clothes, 1 cheap blanket was to thin. No access to kitchen, only 1microvave and 1 cup for guests. In bathroom so cold as in fridge, I didn't use any shower because of that. Trully I can't recommend to nobody these hostel/ place for these price.

Clean, good heating, shower was ok but broken head.

Staff was very nice at the start, then within my last 30 minutes of my booking, my wife came in to help me pack out, rude tenant opened the door to look at us weird and proceed to tell us guests aren't allowed, after telling her this is just my wife helping me pack, she proceeded to mention the rules and that there's cameras and what not. Made my wife very uncomfortable, wouldn't recommend. No kitchen facilities, there's a mini fridge and a microwave with a kettle right Infront of the room though.

Nothing, I messaged asking if 3-4am was Ok to check in, received message back saying it was, got there and told they meant 3-4pm, didn’t sleep at all, sat in a bus shelter until 6am waiting for bus and nowhere to stay or go, despite all that they refuse to refund me and totally out of order, they won’t listen or care about your circumstances and will not care about any problems and are happy to take someone’s money and not admit they made a mistake

Location, was near where l was going the next day. The person l communicated is was responsive and had explained well, on how to get into the property.

Its is budget place and l suppose you get what you pay for, the traffic was terrible as the room was facing the roadside, the rooms are extra tiny, are sub-divided and with poor insulation, the guy next door kept going in and out of the room, he found it difficult with the pass code, thus making it extra noisy and my god snoring all night.

Host is honest, truly and professional, clean

Location is not far from my work place. The property is very clean

1. "Free parking is available at Budget Single room only for one adult" as advertise is not true, not so in my case. I was told I could not park on the premises, had to park elsewhere. 2. Telly in the room didnt work 3. Stayed in flat 1- too close to the road, noise from moving car was so loud I could hardly sleep. I asked to be allowed to pay more to get a room not close to the road, but this was not granted 4. Host alleged I have lost the main entrance key, thats not true. Host called me after 11pm and after 1am asking about the allegedly missing keys. Very rude and the manner she spoke 5.....................
