What shown in pictures not much true .. we have taken family room big enough and cost more than House boat with one bath which is not clean lighting very poor at entire place Don’t dine from here I won’t recommend

Location is only the USP of this hotel. The service, comfort and food is very x 100% poor. It was extremely cold and there was no hot water available, i asked for glasses they said they dont have, without my permission when i left hotel to visit gulmarg they entered in our room, so need to be very careful about cash and costly stuff. The kitchen staff was rude and rough, Overall experience very poor, will never visit it again if its for free also, highly not recommended.
